Next Colour Challenge Sat 3rd October 2026

Colour Challenge is set on 5k of the famous Nuts Challenge course with obstacles set to suit all ages and abilities. This is a real good fun family day out with little ones as young as 6 years old taking on the course! There are easy and hard options on most obstacles so you can take it easy or really challenge yourself! Expect lots of Nuts mud, water obstacles, climbing, crawling and our Nuts river! There are tunnels to crawl through, trenches to cross and cargo nets to climb. Our colour marshals will make sure you finish looking super colourful too!

The event starts with our well known colour throw under the start gantry. Runners will get a a safety briefing before heading out onto the course as well as a fun warm up and music on our Camelot Events stage.

Obstacles you may encounter include:

The Nutcracker Tower – A 2-storey tower of tyres to climb inside and descend the Nutcracker net!

The Trenches – So much mud! Make sure your shoes are tied up nice and tight, things can get sticky!

Olympus walls – Make your way across the climbing holds to the other side. Pick your lane carefully, some are easier than others!

Piccolo Rig – The floor is lava! Get from one side to the other without touching the ground! Use the monkey bars, tyres or ropes to get across without touching the lava!

There’s nothing better than that finish line feeling when you know you have beaten the course and you get your Nuts medal! Our Nuts photographers will be out on course too so be ready with your best pose!
